Keto Pancakes

Living a ketogenic lifestyle, one starts to think about treats they miss from their old way of eating. Pancakes are a staple of life for so many of us. I will never forget the ones my grandma used to bake when I was a kid. These days baking pancakes for kids is simply so much fun. So why not make sure you can have some, too? Keto pancakes are a great solution for us!

Even if you are just flirting with the idea of going keto, knowing that you can still have pancakes can be something that reassures you that you will be just fine on keto!

Versions of keto pancakes

There are plenty of ways you can make keto pancakes. The most basic recipes consist of eggs, cream cheese, and some keto-friendly flour like almond or coconut flour.

Here you can get familiar with our top favorite versions: Greek yogurt keto pancakes, egg-fast-friendly keto pancakes, and au gratin keto pancakes.

Greek yogurt keto pancakes

These are very simple to make. They are keto-friendly even though some of you might want to avoid yogurt because of carbs count. Greek yogurt only adds a bit more to net carb count comparing to cream cheese, so I wouldn't panic about having this treat every now and then. This greek yogurt version of keto pancakes is the simply most tender you can find anywhere. They melt in your mouth like delicious clouds. Kids will adore these!

How about a challenge in the kitchen? And how about taking a little bit of the French approach? Honestly, these "au gratin" keto pancakes are still easy to make but will take more time than simpler versions of keto pancakes. Anyhow, believe me, that it is worth it!
