A quick and easy keto dessert made with dark chocolate, coconut flour, and butter — perfect for when you need something sweet, fast.

Ingredients
- 1 oz dark chocolate - 90% cocoa, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter - plus extra for greasing
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1 keto friendly sweetener - adjust to taste
Instructions
- Add dark chocolate and butter to a microwave-safe mug. Microwave for 30–45 seconds until melted, then stir until smooth.
- Add the egg, coconut flour, and sweetener. Stir until well combined.
- Microwave on high for 45–60 seconds until the cake is set but still slightly soft in the center.
- Let cool for 1–2 minutes. Enjoy warm directly from the mug!
Notes
Sweetener tip: Start with 1 teaspoon and taste the batter. Add more if needed—especially if your chocolate is very bitter.
Flour swaps: You can substitute almond flour (2 tbsp) instead of coconut flour for a slightly softer texture.
